Old rigs, like Keenwood TS-950, have a great VFO offset, in some cases 800Hz even on 10 meters.
The solution is to repair or to compensate by software.
This option estimates the VFO offset and active a mechanism of compensation.

There seems to be an issue with the Mediafire download of the latest version of ROS after completing the download I cannot open the zip file in 7Zip which identifies it as not a zip archive.Previous version have all downloaded coirrectly.I use Opera as my browser
